Tom always loved keeping in touch with classmates and the reunions. Ten years ago, it was because of him, we (my wife Marlene, and myself), went with him and his wife, Jean, to the 40th reunion. On that reunion it turned out there were a lot of us from the wrestling team. We even got a group shot of us. Tom loved wrestling and was an assistant coach for many many years, it was very important to him.
Tom died on June 26th, 2011. It was very sad to find out that he had passed, but it's good to remember the enjoyment he got from connecting to his classmates. I'm sure any good thoughts and memories any of you have of him will bring his spirit pleasure, please feel free to send them.
I really liked Tom Bridges. Always a cheerful and very nice guy. I am so looking forward to our reunion, but the bittersweet part of it is finding out who we have lost and how many there are. We will miss them all.
