Terry and I grew up on the same street...Sherway St. in West Covina.  We played together with all the neighborhood kids throughout grade school.  And then later went to Edgewood.  Our street was close to the school, right down Orange Ave. so we could walk.  He was not one of the "cool kids", whatever that means, but he was my friend.
I am in touch through facebook with his older brother Jack, who I barely remember.  Jack informed me of his passing.  Just recently, Jack was going through his parents things and found a program from the Spring Play in 1964..."The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis" in which I had a small part.  Funny, because Terry wasn't in it, but I guess he and his parents went to see it.
Anyway, Jack was kind enough to send it to me, and I put it in my 1964 yearbook.
Rest in peace Terry...I have great memories of Sherway St. and the mischief we used to get into there!
